Accessibility Statement

THE MADELINE CLAIRE EDIT (“we,” “us,” “our”) has an ongoing commitment to
achieving the highest levels of satisfaction for all aspects of our users’ online
experiences. As part of these efforts, we are dedicated to offering a quality online
experience through all of our digital assets to fans with disabilities that is full and equal
to that provided to fans without disabilities.

To assist in achieving the aforementioned accessibility goals with respect to our
digital assets, we are committed to digital assets being designed, developed, and
operated in substantial conformance with generally-recognized and accepted guidelines
and/or standards for online accessibility (the “Standards”). While these Standards may
change and/or evolve over time, they are currently at Levels A and AA of the World
Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 (“WCAG 2.2”), a set
of guidelines adopted by a private group designed to maximize accessibility of web
content.

We have taken and have been continuing to take the steps necessary to achieve
substantial conformance with WCAG 2.2, through training to necessary individuals on
an ongoing basis regarding accessible website and digital asset design, development,
and maintenance. Furthermore, our website and other digital assets will continue to be
assessed on a recurring basis from both an engineering and user-experience basis,
including the use of assistive technology (such as screen readers and screen
magnifiers).

Please note that our website may link to, or interface with, third-party websites
that we do not control. These third-party vendors may not have undertaken the efforts
that we have to comply with WCAG-2.2 AA standards. Our website informs users when
they are about to leave our website and prompts confirmation on whether you wish to
be redirected to a third party-controlled website. In order to maximize accessibility with
our users, we are working with our vendors to encourage them to voluntarily comply
with these standards.

As digital assets are constantly evolving, as the law and accessibility standards
continue to change, and as we strive to deliver the most up-to-date content online,
please understand that our efforts to improve online accessibility are ongoing. If, at any
time, you have any specific questions, feedback, or concerns about the accessibility of
our website or any of our particular webpages or other digital assets, please contact us
at themadelineclaireedit@gmail.com or at 813-702-5936. If you do encounter an
accessibility issue, please be sure to specify the webpage, URL, or other detail, and we
will make all reasonable efforts to address your concerns. We also encourage you to
contact us to determine if any alternative communication methods or accessibility
formats are available.
